To book a class, start by downloading the Momence app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, open the app and create an account using the email you signed up with or register a new one if you’re just getting started. After logging in, search for Believe Fitness Studio and view our full class schedule. From there, you can easily select and book your desired class. We also recommend turning on push notifications in your phone settings so you’ll receive class reminders, updates, and important studio announcements.

We provide all of the equipment you will need, even exercise mats. However, feel free to bring your own mat! We do have a water refilling station so bring a reusable water bottle! We recommend tennis shoes for our cardio classes and gripping socks for all others.

If you’re just getting started, we recommend beginning with our Pilates Mobility, Restore & Stretch, or Barre Extend classes. These are low-impact and beginner-friendly, offering a great introduction to movement, body awareness, and building foundational strength. You can also explore our class descriptions to see what feels right for your goals. And don’t worry—our instructors are here to support you every step of the way!

You may cancel your class reservation up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time (2 hours for morning classes) to receive a class credit on your account. Cancellations made within 4 hours — up until the class begins — will not receive a credit and will incur a late cancellation fee. No-shows (cancellations after the class has started) will also not receive a credit and will incur a no-show fee.

To cancel, please use the Momence app. If the option is unavailable, feel free to email or call our studio team directly.

If you miss a class without canceling in advance, it’s considered a no-show. No-shows result in a loss of the class credit or a fee, depending on your membership or package. We recommend canceling at least 4 hours before class through the Momence app to avoid penalties and help keep class spots open for others.

We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience. Refunds are generally not provided for missed classes or unused memberships. However, if you encounter exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution for you.

If a class is full, you can easily join the waitlist through the Momence app. As soon as a spot opens up, the first person on the list will receive a text message prompting them to confirm their spot. You’ll have 10 minutes to respond before the offer is passed to the next person. If you don’t have a phone number on file, we’ll reach out via email instead. It’s a simple way to stay in line and keep your fitness goals on track!

Monthly memberships give you unlimited access to our in-studio classes and/or on-demand video library, depending on the option you choose. You’ll be billed automatically each month, and you can manage or cancel your membership anytime through the Momence app. It’s a flexible way to stay consistent, save money, and make your wellness a regular part of your routine.

 All classes must be registered for in advance—drop-ins are not permitted. This helps us manage class sizes and provide the best experience for everyone. Please be sure to book your spot ahead of time through our website or app. We can’t wait to see you in class!

Our On-Demand Membership gives you unlimited access to a growing library of fitness videos, including Pilates, Strength, Barre, Cardio, Stretch, and more—all available anytime, anywhere. New videos are added regularly, and you can stream them through the Momence app or website. It’s perfect for staying consistent on your own schedule!
