Believe was created to redefine fitness for women by integrating faith, movement, and community. We are a Christ-centered space where women are seen, encouraged, and strengthened—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our mission is to help women break free from the world’s unrealistic fitness standards and pursue health without comparison, shame, or pressure, focusing instead on strength, joy, and identity rooted in Christ. We believe true freedom comes from knowing who you are in Him, and we’re here to support every step of your wellness journey with grace, purpose, and consistency.

Cardio Dance

Power Pilates

Restore & Stretch
Breathe, release, and reset in this recovery-focused class that blends gentle mobility work, deep stretching, and relaxation. Using props like foam rollers, blocks, and straps, you'll ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote full-body restoration.
Step & Sweat
Get your heart pumping and your body moving in this fun, low-impact cardio class! Step & Sweat combines simple, energizing step patterns with low-impact moves that are easy on the joints but still effective for burning calories and boosting endurance.
Strength & Sculpt
A focused strength training class designed to build lean muscle, improve stability, and increase confidence—one muscle group at a time. Using a combination of weights, resistance tools, and intentional tempo, we will isolate and strengthen targeted areas with control and precision.
Pilates Slide
Get ready to experience the same deep burn and full-body sculpting results of Reformer Pilates—no bulky equipment required. SLIDE uses core-engaging sliders to mimic the resistance and precision of the reformer, delivering a low-impact, high-intensity workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones.
Pilates Mobility
Move with intention and ease in this gentle, Pilates-based class designed to improve joint mobility, release tension, and enhance overall body awareness. Combining breathwork, controlled movement, and deep stretches, Pilates Mobility helps you move better, feel better, and build a strong foundation for both daily life and more intense workouts.
Strong
Build strength, boost confidence, and challenge your limits in this high-energy, circuit-style strength training class. STRONG targets every major muscle group using a mix of weights and functional movement patterns—designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your everyday life.
Barre Extend
This class blends Pilates, dance, and functional training with high reps, low weights, and muscle-shaking pulses. Expect heart-pumping movement, full-body strength, and a rewarding 20-minute deep stretch to finish. Join us and feel the EXTEND difference.
Pilates Flow
A seamless blend of strength, stability, and grace—Pilates Flow is a dynamic, full-body class that moves fluidly from one exercise to the next. Rooted in classical Pilates principles, this class builds core strength, enhances flexibility, and improves posture through purposeful, flowing sequences.
