Cardio Dance

Our Cardio Dance class is a high-energy, music-driven workout that combines easy-to-follow dance routines with cardio moves designed to boost your heart rate and burn calories. Set to a fun, upbeat playlist, this class blends styles from hip-hop, R&B, pop, and more—making fitness feel like a dance party!

No dance experience needed! The choreography is designed to be inclusive and accessible, so you can jump in at any fitness level.

Pilates

Rooted in the traditional principles of mat-based Pilates, this class combines mindful movement with moments of scripture reading and prayer. Designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit, Pilates invites you to move with purpose and connect deeply—physically and spiritually. 

Expect breath-centered Pilates sequences, space for reflection, and a gentle reminder that your body is a gift, worthy of care. All levels are welcome to come as they are and leave feeling strengthened.

Power Pilates

A high-energy take on classical Pilates, Power Pilates blends core-focused movement with strength-building sequences for a full-body burn. Expect intentional, low-impact exercises performed with added intensity—using light weights, sponge balls, or bodyweight—to sculpt muscles, boost endurance, and challenge your control. Modifications are always offered, and all levels are welcome to come as they are and grow stronger from the inside out. 🔥

Pilates Slide

Pilates Reimagined ✨ Get ready to experience the same deep burn and full-body sculpting results of Reformer Pilates—no bulky equipment required. SLIDE uses core-engaging sliders to mimic the resistance and precision of the reformer, delivering a low-impact, high-intensity workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones. Pilates Mobility

Move with intention and ease in this gentle, Pilates-based class designed to improve joint mobility, release tension, and enhance overall body awareness. Strength & Sculpt

A focused strength training class designed to build lean muscle, improve stability, and increase confidence—one muscle group at a time. Using a combination of weights, resistance tools, and intentional tempo, we will isolate and strengthen targeted areas with control and precision. This class is perfect for those looking to deepen their connection to movement and build sustainable strength from the inside out. All levels welcome. Modifications and progressions offered throughout. 💛

 

Restore & Stretch

Breathe, release, and reset in this recovery-focused class that blends gentle mobility work, deep stretching, and relaxation. Using props like foam rollers, blocks, and straps, you’ll ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote full-body restoration. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class is the perfect way to support your training or simply unwind.

 

Step & Sweat

Get your heart pumping and your body moving in this fun, low-impact cardio class! Step & Sweat combines simple, energizing step patterns with low-impact moves that are easy on the joints but still effective for burning calories and boosting endurance. This class is perfect for anyone looking to get a great cardio workout without the high-intensity impact. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking for a lighter, heart-healthy workout, Step & Sweat offers a dynamic way to stay active while having fun!

Strong

Build strength, boost confidence, and challenge your limits in this high-energy, circuit-style strength training class. STRONG targets every major muscle group using a mix of weights and functional movement patterns—designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your everyday life. 

Each circuit is thoughtfully programmed to balance intensity with control, offering modifications and progressions for all fitness levels. Come ready to lift, sweat, and grow stronger together. 💪

Barre Extend

Meet your new favorite burn: Barre EXTEND. This class blends Pilates, dance, and functional training with high reps, low weights, and muscle-shaking pulses. Expect heart-pumping movement, full-body strength, and a rewarding 20-minute deep stretch to finish. Join us and feel the EXTEND difference.

Strong Pilates

Our 40-minute Barre class is a fast-paced, low-impact workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a total-body burn. Designed to tone muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility, this class targets your arms, core, glutes, and legs through small, precise movements and high-rep, low-weight exercises.

Believe Blend
